Manufactured 1000t stressing bed and mould at our Hastings Precast Plant.

Manufactured and supplied 90No Super Tee Bridge Beams up to 25m long and 30t weight. Also included sundry precast items such as DHC Beams, stairs etc.

Track Record:  Completed ahead of Main Contractors delivery requirements.

Quality/Safety:  All beams were delivered without and any remedial work required. Full QA package supplied inclusive of material certificates, stressing records and concrete strengths.

Programme & Delivery:  Manufactured at a rate of 2 to 3 per week, depending on mould changes.
